Who We Are

P4HP is a coalition of PA physicians who have worked together since June 2022 to address the intersection of healthcare, policy, and democracy.

We use our collective clinical expertise and professional voices to advocate for conditions that support health and well-being — including the protection of fundamental human rights for our patients, our families, and ourselves.

In 2026, we remain focused on safeguarding access to evidence-based care for all Pennsylvanians—such as vaccines, public health infrastructure, and safe healthcare environments—while also supporting the democratic systems that underpin health, including fair elections, due process, human rights, and the rule of law.
