Shrinking healthcare access

Congress failed to extend the Enhanced Premium Tax Credits (EPTCs), which expired 12/31/25.

Pennsylvania only seems to be getting more important in the national political landscape and each district continues to have unique needs and concerns.

Protect Public Health

On behalf of their hundreds of thousand physician members and millions of patients, the following organizations have spoken out in a unified voice on the topic of vaccines:

  • American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)

  • American Medical Association (AMA)

  • American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP)

  • American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP)

  • American Academy of Neurology (AAN)

  • American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG)

  • American Psychiatric Association (APA)

  • Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM)

  • American College of Physicians

    Their message is simple:
vaccines are safe, vaccines save lives, and undermining vaccines is reckless.

The actions and enforcement tactics used by ICE against ICU nurse Alex Pretti and Renee Good, were illegal and inhumane. Federal agents not only failed to provide medical aid, but they actively prevented physicians from doing so. The presence of ICE in hospitals, or outside of schools, exemplifies the traumatic tactics being deployed in communities across the country.

“Of all the forms of inequality, injustice in health is the most shocking and inhuman because it often results in physical death.”
– Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
